# 4.3 Graph interaction

> Clicking nodes, following links, zoom and pan – how to explore the graph

The graph is not a static picture.\
It’s an **interactive workspace** you can move through.\
You don’t only look at structure;\
you **follow connections** to move.

## Basic actions on the graph

### Click a node

to **go to that file**.\

to see what’s connected to what.\

lets you explore the structure naturally.

### Zoom and pan

You can zoom and pan the graph.

* Zoom in on one area to see density
* Zoom out to see the whole layout

quickly spot dense clusters and isolated nodes.
