# 9.1 Editor settings

> Display, input, auto-handling, colors, presets

Editor settings\
control the **basic writing environment**.

Path: **Settings → Editor**

You can adjust how the document looks, how input behaves,\
and auto-handling rules to fit your workflow.

## Where to find it

1. Open Settings
2. Select **Editor**
3. Edit defaults or create a new preset

You can create several presets\
and switch by task.

## Main options

You can adjust:

### Display and layout

* Zoom (scale)
* Indent size
* Paragraph spacing
* Focus mode (highlight current section while editing)
* Hide title (hide document title)

### Input and auto-handling

* Use native spell check
* Disable Markdown commands
* Show floating toolbar
* Auto-close brackets
* Auto-close quotes
* Quote style

### Font and typography

* Default font
* Default font size
* Default line height
* Word count (include spaces, etc.)
* Line wrap (by word / by sentence)

### Colors

* Editor color (writing area background)
* Overall background color
* Text color

### Presets

* Default
* Create new preset
* Platform-style presets (e.g. Pensiv, Munpia, Novelpia, KakaoPage, etc.)
