The point of tasks
is not to make a plan.
Tasks are
how you keep a rhythm in the project.

Suggested flow

Tasks work best when you use them in this order.

1. Write first

In documents or plot,
keep the thought going.
Don’t stop to create tasks.

2. Only capture what you won’t do now

When “I’ll do this later” appears,
then add a task.
It’s the smallest note
so you don’t lose the thread.

3. In the Tasks tab, only execute

The Tasks tab
is for doing what’s already decided.
Don’t rethink there.

4. When done, go back to the file

When you finish a task,
return to the file and apply the change.
Tasks
don’t replace files.

Main idea

Tasks don’t replace thinking.
They hold the thought to the end
so it doesn’t scatter.
In Pensiv, tasks are
not a planning tool;
they’re what keeps the rhythm of execution.
