In Pensiv you can export documents to several file formats. You can also export to Hangul (.hwp). Use this when you need a Hangul file for submission, contests, or delivery to publishers.

Open the export menu

  1. Open the document.
  2. Click the … More menu at the top right.
  3. Choose Export.
You’ll see the list of formats, for example:
  • MS Word (.docx)
  • EPUB (.epub)
  • Markdown (.md)
  • Plain text (.txt)
  • Hangul (.hwp)

Export as Hangul (.hwp)

  1. Select Hangul (.hwp).
  2. The file is converted automatically.
  3. Save the file when conversion is done.
No extra settings are required.

When to use it

Useful when:
  • Submitting school work
  • Submitting to contests
  • Submitting to organizations
  • Doing further editing in Hangul
Especially when submission requirements ask for .hwp.

What gets converted

By default, these are included:
  • Titles and paragraph structure
  • Basic formatting (bold, italic, etc.)
  • Tables
  • Paragraph breaks
Some advanced layout may not match exactly due to format differences.
