how you deliver, share, and store the result. Documents don’t stay only inside Pensiv.
They move through delivery, sharing, and storage. Export and share are available from the document header More menu ⋯.

① Export

You can export a document to several external formats.
Structure and content are preserved while converting to the right format. Supported formats:
  • MS Word (.docx)
    → Editable manuscript, collaboration
  • EPUB (.epub)
    → E-books, long-form distribution
  • Markdown (.md)
    → Dev docs, blogs, version control
  • Plain text (.txt)
    → Content only, minimal format
  • Hangul (.hwp)
    → Local publishing and official documents
Export is
creating a deliverable.
Structure and content stay the same;
the format adapts to the target.

② Share link

You can share a document without sending the file.
  • Share link
    Create a URL for access
  • Visibility
    Public or private
  • Copy link
    Send via chat, email, or collaboration tools
Sharing a link means
one document, viewed together,
not copying the file.

③ Document history

Document history tracks changes over time.
  • See write and edit history
  • Preview content at a given time
  • Restore a previous version
Document history is
how you keep the document safe after it’s done.
You can do experimental or large edits
without worry.

④ AI review

AI review does not write the document for you.
In Pensiv it reads the document as a finished piece and reviews it. It analyzes the document from these angles.

What AI review evaluates

AI review doesn’t judge sentence by sentence only.
It weighs these together:
  • Structure
    Clear flow from opening to development to close;
    natural scene or paragraph breaks;
    no unnecessarily long or empty sections
  • Pacing
    Events move at the right speed;
    contrast between fast and slow works;
    no boring or confusing spots
  • Style and tone
    Consistent style;
    stable narrator voice;
    expression that fits genre and audience
  • Character and perspective
    Actions and thoughts don’t clash with earlier setup;
    character stays consistent across scenes;
    the reader can follow character choices

How results are shown

AI review doesn’t just say “good” or “bad.”
It separates what works from what needs work.
  • Scores and balance per area
  • Summary of what’s working
  • Concrete description of what to improve
  • Suggestions for how to revise
So AI review explains
not only what’s wrong but why it feels that way.

When to use it

AI review is most useful:
  • Right after finishing a first draft
  • Before revising, to check overall structure
  • Before sharing or publishing, when you want an outside view
Use it as a first pass before showing someone else.

Where to run it

You can run AI review from the document header anytime,
but its role is review and check, not writing support.
AI review is
not a substitute writer;
it’s an objective reviewer.
